Our Self Care Thanks The Accessibility Project

It all started in 2017 on a Toronto university campus.

Life is a journey, and Our Self Care is all about inviting others along for the ride.

Our Self Care (formerly The Self-Care Journal) magazine's creation and launch has been funded and encouraged by the generous support and funding won through The Accessibility Project grant program at The Chang School (Ryerson University).
